Shipping/Delivery

Unless otherwise mentioned, all products will be delivered to the customer free of cost. If there is any change of contact details or address, you may write to us by clicking on ‘View Order Messages’ for the corresponding order on the ‘My Orders’ page. Please write your message when prompted and click on ‘Send’ button to notify us of your changes. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will try to accommodate the changes. Please note that we will not undertake any changes with respect to the products or the add-ons chosen at the time of placing the order.

Happy Family Marketing Pvt Ltd will undertake to ship out the products from our warehouse within 2 business days on receiving the order. Depending on the customer’s address, the order will be delivered to the customer within 10 business days.

Happy Family Marketing Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods caused due to operational issues of the carrier including Acts of God, strike, festivals, vehicular breakdowns, etc. However, the customer will be informed of any delay in the delivery of the goods.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the delivery timeline mentioned is calculated upto the first attempt of delivery made by the courier partner. Any additional attempts that are to be made might accordingly delay the delivery and Happy Family Marketing Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for this delay.

The customer has to ensure that the address provided is complete in all aspects. Happy Family Marketing Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery caused due to wrong or incomplete address. The order may be subsequently cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Any order made by the customer may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time at which it was placed on the website. For cancelling the order, please login to your account and click on the ‘Cancel’ button of the corresponding order on the ‘My Orders’ page. The button will be visible to you for upto 24 hours from the time the order was placed, after which it shall be disabled. Please note that part-cancellation is not allowed. The customer will have to cancel the entire order and place a new order with us. Once the order is cancelled by the customer, the amount paid for all prepaid orders will be subsequently credited back to the original payment method.
